We know that Joy is important. It can lead to better health, career success, and more meaningful relationships.

Joy improves lives by helping replace the darkness in our hearts such as stress, anxiety, anguish, fear, and grief.

Joy sounds pretty good. What do I need to do?

The answer is simple. You must have a good relationship with the father.

It releases God’s power when you choose to activate Joy.

You must seek God to receive joy. “The Joy of the Lord is my strength” (Nehemiah 8:10)

Nehemiah 8:10 was written after the return of the children of Israel back to Jerusalem from exile. They were listening to the law being read to them and were overcome with weeping and disparagement.

“You make known to me the path of life: you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand” (Psalm 16:11)

“You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand” (Psalm 16:11)

“‘With joy, you will draw water from the wells of salvation” (Isaiah 12:3)
